I unwrap the CD, somewhat colorful, somehow pop art, I can‘t really put my finger on it, yet I still think it‘s awesome + The music: an organ first - an organ, that's it + Drums, a stomping rhythm, then guitars, bass, melody + And finally, the vocals + Wow + That’s good + That is really good + I think I know where this band is from + Liverpool + Or Birmingham + Or at least Manchester + Where else! + With this music + With this feeling for pop, for guitar pop? + From where can it be if not England's grey industrial cities where the "Fab-Four Spirit" still thrives + Surprise! + The band is from Germany + From Hersbruck + That‘s near Nuremberg + And it doesn‘t sound like Rock'n Roll at all + But it doesn‘t have to, really + Because The Audience is great as it is + Maybe just for this reason + Actually, who cares where they’re from? + Not me, for sure + Not anymore + Now I know + From The Audience + And from the Fab Four + And I lean backwards + Listen to the auditorium + Wow + That‘s good
